What is the Making It Happen Programme?

Making It Happen (MIH) is a business mentoring programme specifically developed for garden retail managers and operators by Garden Retail Success Ltd. They are experienced international garden retail consultants and trainers, and the programme has successfully operated in four countries.

MIH is structured to be an integrated approach to managing and operating a garden centre. It provides mechanisms to support best practice implementation and track results so that real progress can be monitored.

You will receive ongoing guidance from an experienced business owner to help with developing and implementing business plans, setting priorities and keeping improvements on track with monthly measuring. Garden Retail Success Ltd concentrate on all the initiatives and implementation that streamline a business, improve customer experience and increase profits by focusing on results rather than theoretical standards.
