At the HTA, we are always looking to improve our staff benefits and will happily receive any recommendations from our staff. Below is our current list of employee benefits.
Hybrid working
Like most employers, we recognise the benefits of being flexible about your work location, but also value the organic collaboration that happens within the office environment. We expect employees to come into the office a minimum of 2 days a week to meet and work with their teams.
Pension scheme
From your first day, you are auto enrolled into our pension scheme administered by the HTA. All employees are eligible to join the pension scheme and will have access to free pension advice.

If the worst should happen, it’s important that those close to you have some protection, so we cover all employees at 3 x basic salary for Death in Service.
Cycle to work scheme
A tax efficient loan scheme is available for our employees to purchase a bicycle (for the purposes of getting to and from work). This is open once a year to our employees, and you get to choose your own bike!

Flexitime
We ask our full-time employees to work a 35-hour week. Our office hours are 08:30-17:30, with core hours of 10:00 – 16:00.
Dress down Friday
We really enjoy our Fridays here at Horticulture House, so to celebrate, we dress down for the day.
